Product quality issues: LENOYL will accept returns or issue refunds for products that are damaged, defective, or of poor quality. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds once products have been opened or used, except where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Replacement: Returned products will be replaced at no additional cost.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning products unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Notification timeframe: Any issues with your order (e.g., damaged, missing, or incorrect items) must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your package.

Processing refunds: Refunds typically take approximately 3 business days to process. Alternatively, a store credit can be issued upon request.
Cancellation Policy

Before shipping: If you change your mind after placing an order, we will happily refund your purchase as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

NZ orders are generally shipped the next business day.

For international orders, your consent will be requested for any additional freight charges prior to shipping.

After shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
